For sale is a fabulous Mens Vintage Wool Herringbone Tweed Overcoat Coat. This is a vintage coat, but doesn't look dated. The fabric on this coat is exquisite. It is a beautiful thick wool herringbone tweed fabric. There doesn't appear to be any wear to the fabric. There are no holes in the wool. The coat is lined with a sunback satin lining. There is a very small hole at the center top of the lining. There are no labels at all in this coat. There are no size labels or fiber content labels. There is a union label in the inside top pocket that says: The Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America. The coat has raglan sleeves. It has a back center hem vent. It buttons up the front with what appears to be leather buttons. There are also leather buttons on the sleeve tabs. The buttons do have some wear and chipping to them. The coat doesn't seem to have been worn much at all. The measurement across the back of the coat from underarm to underarm is approximately 21.5 inches. The measurement from the top center back of the coat, where the collar starts, but not including the collar is approximately 39.5 inches. The measurement of the length of the sleeves, measuring the bottom of the sleeve, along the bottom seam from where the sleeve meets the coat to the hem of the sleeve is approximately 15 inches. As previously noted, this coat does have raglan sleeves.
