This SET of 6 delicate ceramic plates showcase a serene lakeside scene with graceful swans gliding across soft green waters, surrounded by trees with pink-tinged branches and distant rolling hills. Elite Nippon manufacturer mark on each. Clarity of mark varies amongst the plates and so we included backs of each plate. ? Six matching landscape designs ? Delicate swan and tree motif ? Soft pastel color palette Diameter approximately 6.5 inches across. The "Nippon Elite B" mark refers to porcelain produced by the Morimura Brothers (later Noritake) for export, likely between 1891 and 1921. This mark is accompanied by "Hand Painted" which pertains to the high-quality, hand-painted plates. Although preowned, each of these antique plates are in wonderful condition with no major damage and no signs of excess usage.
