This chili variety originated from South India and is very hot, and very popular, used everyday in abundance in south Indian cuisine. The heirloom variety produces high yield with size ranging anywhere from 6 to 8 inches and beyond (depending on the care and soil quality). The plant produces many branches and within no time you will a lot of flowers. This sun loving variety has wide-ranging adaptability and can be easily grown in containers or on a larger ground.
