I have message from bonanza stating i have to reauthorize my paypal account for tax changes. how do i do that?

There is a prompt on my account and when I click it - it goes to paypal and has me sign in. But then the prompt on my bonanza account says I still have to reauthorize my paypal account. How do I do this? Thank you.
