I have not received tracking information on an order

I have made several requests for tracking information on a missing item. What can I do now

Check your purchase history (Recent purchases under the Account dropdown menu) to see if the seller uploaded the tracking information. If it’s not there, you have to contact the actual seller of the item. If you get no response, then contact Bonanza customer service at [email protected]

contact bonanza customer support or otherwise open dispute with your payment service provider EX. Paypal.

If it has been more than 15 days, you can open a case with your post office for missing mail. Otherwise you can file an "Item not received " case with however you paid, credit card or Paypal.
