50% off second item sale

I would like to do a 50% off the second item sale for my rhinestones. Does anyone know how I would go about setting that up? Not 50% off subtotal but 50% off second item. I already have free shipping but would like to do a sale. Thanks!

No sales since January

I'm puzzled. I had 2 sales in January 2018 and that's it. What could be wrong with my booth? I have 30% commission set up for extra exposure, over 300 items listed. Is it because I don't add listings anymore? Why bother if nothing is being sold.
