I am shipping an item parcel post and the charge clearly on my sales page is showing as 17.95 (big box) and when I go to accept an offer, SHIPPING DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE INVOICE? I have not accepted the offer as I don’t want to have to cancel an order (yet). Very strange. Thanks!

When a prospective buyer is making an offer, it is stated that they are to add in shipping costs to their offers, unfortunately, most if not all do not see that statement in the offer process and make the offer on the item only.
Bonanza changed their system so that changes in offers no longer can be made and that the only thing you can do is..accept or deny the offer.
I would open a dialog with the buyer..if they meant for shipping to be added, deny the offer, and ask them to re offer with shipping, or deny the offer and change the price, and then send message of price change and give them a time limit to purchase.
The only time you can add shipping to a cost, is if the offer comes from a location in which shipping cannot be calc or shipping is not set up for….ie buyer entered wrong zipcode or is international and you do not have shipping set up for that country

“That they are to add in shipping costs to their offers” (and they dont) is one of the reasons I dont deal with offers here at all. Could be an honest mistake but then again some buyers like the haggle and really want to see how desperate you are and how low you will go to make a sale. Others may do it for sport and then wont go thru with the sale even if you accept. Shipping BIG boxes cost big money and will get worse next year when the PO changes their DIM calculations formula.
