Verify_phone_number

Hello!
When I update the booth, the platform needs to verify my mobile phone number.
How should I verify my mobile phone number?
Because I can’t sell my product in bonanza market, I need to solve this problem.

When you enter your phone number (Account Setttings…scroll to bottom)

It should offer you the options of sending txt or SMS message to verify number

Once you get message fill in the verification code

I had this problem because I created two booths at one time w/the same phone number. If the above doesn’t work, and it didn’t for me, contact user support. It took 4 emails, but it was a technical glitch and they fixed the problem for me. Good luck, it’s frustrating. But they fixed it for me.

Maybe it’s because I’m a Chinese user. I have filled in my cell phone number in the profile of my account settings and booths. But it still failed to solve the problem. I did not receive any validation codes and did not show where to fill in the validation codes.
