Can someone please tell me how I can increase my advertising to 13% or greater and not advertise on ebay?

When you go to the high % the boxes for the varies places will show with a check mark – just make sure you unclick the check mark for eBay. Any way that is what I did.

Just do not supply any of your log in information for eBay and your products will not be published there .
