I’m a little bit concerned as I have my products listed as US sizes but it gets sent to google UK as well and I am worried they will think it is a 7 UK when it may be a 7 US is there a way to select UK or be able to tell google UK these are US sizes? (some titles have this in but alot don’t)

You will have to do that in your listings or put in size chart with the variations…
As far as I know there is no other way..I do not think the sizes translate when the viewer chooses a different country (language) to view your items
