Customer wants to buy and item but can't get signed in

I have a customer requesting to buy an item, but can’t get signed in.
When she enters her email .. a different password comes up.
She contacted Help, but they told her 24hrs or more to get back to her.
Any suggestions?

Sounds FISHY to me so beware. But I always am suspicious of most everything if it does not sound right. IT IS REALLY the customers issue to straighten this out, NOT YOURS.

Tell her to buy it as guest..without logging in…

Doesn’t have to be registered with account to purchase.
