Getting above error while i adding card.
i am very disappointed with bonanza that every time if i be little late in paying fees because there is no money in bonanza then bonanza just remove my card and when try to add it back every time showing me this error.
in This time Period of covid19 everyone have some problems and issue about money but bonanza do not understand this situation and they just remove card and if i add card again now for buy turbo traffic pack and pay fees i can add card.
Just tired of this kind of thing.
and not enough traffic on bonanza for seller.
and making strict rules, if you want to make strict rules for seller then bring enough traffic for seller.

We are so sorry for your experience. When our system does not see a credit card on file or the credit card fails our system will automatically place a booth on hold.
If you have not already done so we recommend that you check with your bank or credit card holder.
Here are steps that may help with this.
1. Clear your browser history
2. Disable auto-fill so old information will not auto-populate.
3. The Credit Card billing address must match your address on your Bonanza Account Settings.
Even the letter case and every format of the billing address has to match the address in your account settings page.
Once you have made these changes be sure to save at the bottom of the page. Here is a link to your Account Settings Page

If you are still unable to add the credit card we recommend trying a different card.

I have the exact same problem and no one from Bonanza is willing to help.
They just keep copying and pasting the same unhelpful response saying that you need to ensure that all details are correct.
It’s a system failure.
