Did you contact [email protected] like it said? If not that is what you should do. The community most likely can’t tell you what went wrong only support can tell you that.

Hi dealshop,

I will base my answer on the message received from Bonanza.

1. Contact Bonanza Support as it could take a few days to hear back from a customer support team member. Sounds like you might not of completed the payment process on Bonanza’s end, but have everything set up at PayPal correctly.

2. While you are waiting to hear from Bonanza, if this were me I would first check your Bonanza account for making payments and review your account set up.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

There seem to be a lot of glitches on this site. And of course yours is way more important then mine when it comes to glitches, but I just got a ““We’re sorry but something went wrong getting your daily tokens.”

Try again later or check to see if they already posted. I have received that note before and then later my tokens are there.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
