Does anyone else have problems with Live View Insights? I check it often and its never correct. It shows me as being from CA. & says I have a customer checking out in <<<<>>> totally false, there in another person booth checking out. Yes I have tried to update my settings, even before yahoo came, I was getting the same results. I emailed them at one point, but it has never been corrected? Just want to get some feedback if anyone else is having the same problem May post this in bonanza sellers on Facebook also.
Blessings, Sherry

I am sorry, but I have never had any problem with it. It seems to show things pretty accurately for me.. truthfully though, I rarely look at it except when someone asks a question..Like now..I just checked everything and if looked fine.
[URL removed] It does show me as in Wilmington occasionally, but that has more to do with my internet provider…My IP address is not always in “my” city……

It does frequently show me as some other location. Sometimes the location is elsewhere in Oklahoma, but it especially likes to identify me as being in Richardson, Texas. It also sometimes shows me as two different visitors to my booth when I have viewed more than one item in my booth.
I just viewed something right now to see what it would say. Right now it thinks I’m in Lawton, Oklahoma, which is around 100 miles from my location.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
