It’s been 42 hours since my first request for assistance. I just opened a webstore with my own domain name that only reverts to Bonanza’s main page. I have sent screen shots asking if I have set things up properly and get no response. Is there anyone that can help me? I’m about to throw the towel in and go back to the host I was using previously.

Apologies for the delay @HMFineJewelry. Our support team is getting lots of love from shoppers and sellers right now and are doing our best to get to all requests in a reasonable time. Sounds like you may need log into your 3rd party domain account (i.e., 1and1, Bluehost, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions, etc) and change the CNAME record.
Currently your CNAME record is most likely set to “your-booth-name.bonanza.com,” but it should be set to “your-domain.com (without the “www”).”
For example, my website domain is “www.bonanzakaty.com” My old CNAME settings would have been set to “bonanzakaty.bonanza.com” and now I need to change it to “bonanzakaty.com.”
Hope that helps. Our support team will be back in touch with you as soon as possible. Thanks for taking the time to contact us, and welcome to the Bonanza community!
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team
PS, it is really helps to speed things up if you send only one request per incident to support. We are usually pretty good about identifying duplicate requests and merging them but that takes time away from original requests too. Thank you for your help with this and for your patience!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
