My shop banner just changed on it’s own to something that I didn’t really like. I have changed now to something that is alright. But why would it just change? and Why can’t I find the picture I had before?

If you are using one of Bonanza’s generic banners, it could be that the one you used before has been discontinued.
You do know that you can up load one of your own design if you like and with your booth name on it

Bonanza is on a roll. Changes that upset sellers and telling “old time supporters” that they are going to lock up their booths. I have supported this place for eight years and now they tell me I have to take different payments. Well the payment methods I take is WHY I came here. So guess I will have to find another site and move my over 500 listings. Also was always promoting this place on my website and Facebook but not any more. They also changed my banner and put up one ugly one. This place is getting to be a real dictatorship just like the other place I left so guess if I have to make all these changes I may as well go back there because there I always got lots of sales! Bonanza doesn’t seem to care about those that have supported them all these years.

Looks like all the nice banners that were once available in the banner gallery have been replaced with a whole bunch of unattractive ones that are just plain awful…my oh my!…. looks like I’m going to have to go and find something else, somewhere…the choices from Bonanza’s gallery are horrible!

I had a custom made banner and it disappeared from my booth. Now if I go to my booth, it freezes up my whole computer. I never have any problem with my computer freezing except when I try to view my booth, and then I have to restart the computer to sign out of any tab. So I can’t download my original banner or any other banner. I no longer have the original banner saved in my computer, so if Bonanza can’t restore it, I’ll have to download a new banner whenever I can get access to my booth. I had a custom made banner which I paid to have made and now its gone.

I thought it was just me. My banner got changed also. Don’t like the new choices. One more thing I have to find time to do now.

My Booth Banner is 960 × 200, it still is in proportion to what it was BEFORE Bonanza put in the NEW strip below it for the FAVORITE button – which I’m happy, Happy, HAPPY that they put one there is a VERY obvious place!
The new Favorite Button could be the cause of the banner changes – and, Bonanza changing up their Generic Banners.

Making your own custom banner is really easy and Dee of [URL removed] does fantastic artwork that you can upload to your own computer and have available always. Bonanza routinely changes things. If you are having an issue, then submit a ticket to support and they can help you.
