How many years has this site been up, and still there isn’t a way to add images to the variations. Since my listings are wigs with about 20 or variations each, I can’t upload the images to the listing — just too many (it maxes out at 15). So I write a blog to put all the images in it, and link to it in my listing. Then I go to check it and I read [URL removed]
“[URL removed] You are about to leave the safe confines of Bonanza
The link you’ve clicked on is about to take you to a third-party, non-Bonanza site. If the seller has indicated that the link will help you learn more about the product or service, you’re probably OK. But if you see anything at all that suggests payment should be made outside Bonanza, that’s a danger sign. First of all, we can’t help you if something goes wrong, and second, someone is trying to cheat the system. Please let us know about it at [email protected].
I understand the risks, and would like to continue following this link.
Take me back to safety!"
Seriously, Bonanza? So, while I’m trying to help my clients purchase the right color since your platform doesn’t allow me to show all the colors, now it looks like I’m “trying to cheat the system”, or they are risking the safe confines of Bonanza. What a joke. Why not just get your IT to fix the problem instead of making my store look like I’m trying to cheat somebody or, I don’t know, what horrible things are awaiting them outside of Bonanza?

Hi Pinkee,
I know how frustrating this can be. I do have a work around for you. It’s a little work, but you will get the results you want.
Take a look at this listing I have. https://www.bonanza.com/listings/2003-Hallmark-Keepsake-Ornament-Gallery-Collection-Club-Exc-REPLACEMENT-MINI-S/[phone number removed]
I check on wigs/extensions and you do have the option to add variations. Where the work comes in is being sure you match the variation to the picture. For me, it was easier to add the #’s in a photo editing program and upload them.
Maybe you could do 10 colors for each listing, and id the listing with Lot #. Trust me, it’s a lot of work, but the end result is a good looking listing with pictures of the different colors.
I hope this helps in some small way.

Thanks for the suggestions Once_Again and TrinketBox. I’ll add a note that the link will have a warning. That’s a good idea. I’m going to leave the listings as they are other than that. All colors should be on one listing, and embedding 30+ huge images (each with color description wording on them) is very sloppy, not mobile-friendly, and a lot of extra work. If curious, this is one of the listings where I’ve done this with the [URL removed]

It’s just a ridiculous message for Bonanza to have up there, and I’m not surprised the message wording is old — it sounds it. It sounds like eBay era 2004 with the dangers of leaving their site.
Another option to make this look better is if Bonanza has a way to write a blog post on their site like the one I’m linking to, so buyers don’t have to leave Bonanza to see the colors. Does anyone know if that’s something we can do?
Thanks!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
