Why are all of my barbie items coming up under all of my catergories?

I went to my booth and clicked on Necklace, and all of my Barbie items are on there instead of my necklaces. So I clicked on expandable ring, and the same thing, and when I clicked on any of them, all that showed up is my Barbie items. When I click on All items everything comes up, but what good are my specific categories if the product doesn’t show up? Is there something I need to do?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hey bambi,

As of this morning, all issues with custom booth categories should be resolved. Visiting your booth, it looks like all categories are working as they should. Please let us know at support if you find otherwise.

You have custom categories. Custom categories have been messed up for a while. Many have actually gone back to manual sort of custom categories or gone back to site categories until things can be fixrd

contact support and let them know..

And scroll through community help for others who have been having problems with sorting/searching/categories
