Where did the print packing slip go?

Hi all!

Just went to ship an order that was paid via Amazon Payments. I usually use the Print Packing Slip to copy the shipping address to my label software. There is NO Print Packing Slip option, no possible way to see the customer’s name or address. I had to go into my Amazon Payments account to get the info.

Note – the Print Packing Slip option shows on all orders paid via PayPal/Direct Credit Card.

Hopefully, this is a glitch that they will fix asap. Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else?

(Why do sites make changes during the 4th quarter, never ceases to amaze me, smh!)

I’m confused because the last post here is saying it’s fixed, but I still don’t have the option for a packing slip. It used to be there, but it’s been gone for – a week? – and it’s still gone. I have to go to my PayPal account to find the customer’s address. So… It’s fixed for you, but not me? Or did the packing slip move somewhere else and I just haven’t found it? Can anyone clear this up for me?

Pfft. Okay, pay no attention to me. I just looked and it’s back. I swear it wasn’t there just an hour ago when I was packing some things. But it is now, so, whatevs… ;)
