I tried emailing support but haven’t received a response in over 24 hours. I would like to mail this item out tomorrow, but I’m not sure if it’s safe. The payment doesn’t show up in my PayPal account. Is it safe to ship the item out? If I ship it out, will Bonanza cover me if the buyer’s payment is reversed? Will it be covered under the Seller Protection Program? Should I wait until the buyer’s payment is cleared, even though it says that wont be until January?

Yes, it is safe to ship. The buyer did not use PayPal to pay for their purchase. It appears that you accept Direct Check-out which allows buyers to use their credit card to make a purchase. The company which runs direct checkout holds your funds until the item is delivered, once delivered they release the funds into the bank account that you used when you set up direct checkout.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
