We have changed our name and what we sell. I wonder if this will work?

We have been on Bonanza for 9 or so years. For the majority of that time we sold Asian antiques. We found that these antiques do much better in our local antique shops so we decided to stop selling them here. In our travels, we have purchased a fair amount of coins and decided to sell them here instead. We changed our booth name to reflect our presence on ebay. Eventually, we see ourselves being here exclusively. Just wondering if anyone else has totally changed over their booth to a much different product than you used to sell before and what was your experience?

Dial up sold in the last year to see if the category is moving. I had hoped to move cigar boxes; SITLY reports 3 – none recently – followed by tons on eBay. Visitors don’t know they can buy without registering. Paypal is absent from the home page.

Hello sjtcoins

Welcome to the Bonanza Community!!

To open another booth, you will need a unique email address. Once you have that, log out of your current account, and then instead of logging back in, click the “Register” link in the top right corner of the page and fill in the required fields to create another account.

You can use the same PayPal account for both booths. Please note that while sellers are able to have more than one Bonanza account, you must list different items in each booth. Duplicate booths are not permitted on Bonanza, as it clogs up our search and creates confusion for buyers, negatively impacting your opportunity for sales.

Yes, this booth which in on vacation right now..it started as vintage jewelry which did not do as well as my other booths here. After my father died, I changed it to coins and currency (has different avatar now.)

The coins and currency and did pretty well. When most of what I wanted to sell was gone..I closed it….what to do with it next???

I really had no trouble with the switch over…I just made sure all the social media I use was posting regular updates on the changes.
