Suddenly zero views?

I usually have a lot of views everyday, and suddenly for the last few days it has been zero.
Is something wrong with the item stats?
How could this happen?

If they are working correctly why are so many other sellers saying the same thing?

Same here – not normal

Same here. I’ve been getting notices to give my credit card number or my items won’t be advertised. I haven’t done it. I thought the fees came directly out of my Pay pal account. I’ve only sold one item since I’ve been on here anyway. That’s what I contribute my low amount of views to.

My curiosity is I’m seeing in red “100 recent views” in a listing when in fact I’ve had zero views in my booth or even item views. I take any analytics here with a grain of salt.

It looks like the views graph has changed in how it operates. the line looks to start at zero at the beginning of the day. Then the lines climb as the day progresses. Watch the line as it rises during the day. It could give you an idea as to when your view happen. That is what it looks like to me. Maybe some head honcho from Bonanza can fill us in.

Same here. one of my items, it has a little red rocket above the name of the item, and it says “84 recent views” but when i scroll down, it only shows 2 views, one of which is me. so it has only had 1 view. not sure how they got 84 views.

according to my stats, have had 0 views for the past week with only 2 booth views and 2 item views in past 30 days which means listing on Bonanza is probably a complete waste of my time…Thank goodness I have the basic free booth so my items just stay in storage I guess until those times when I actually do deactivate them when they are listed on either eBay or Etsy….

I think it is the econonmy . And it doesn’t help that Black Friday lasted extra long . Also I have noticed hardly any online sells this year for Christmas time . I had items listed on ebay too , and sold 2 things all month . It isn’t just bonanza. All online sells have crappy this year sadly :( Hopefully after Christmas when people have money , or visa gift cards etc , they will shop with all of us small business owners.

I think it is more than the economy. There is something going on with the stats, whether it is a glitch or another programming change.
It says I have had 98 booth views and 114 views in the first area.
The graph says 240 item views in the last 30 days.
I checked the first 4 items in my booth, and at the top it says 93, 77, 42, & 62 recent views. That equals 274 on 4 items.
The same 4 items have shown up as the top popular items for the past 20-30 days.
Then I checked the per item table; it shows a total of 240 item views in the last 40 days, and 0 views on all items today.
Something is not adding up.
And I have not had one sale since I opened my booth.

For me, it looks like December 11th was the change. I had over 700 item views on December 11th to 0 for the last week now.
