I ordered 4 t-shirts on December 4th. I still have not received them. I would like to know status, and see what is going on or to get a refund of the 110.00.

yup, its holiday season… the seller use regular shipping like i do.. its normally took 21-28 work days to arrived.. but when christmas+new years come it will longer… maybe 30-40 depend on your local post office.
if you had the tracking number you can try to ask your local Post Office to check it.

Packages from overseas can take up to 6 and even more weeks, Jennifer.
Outgoing packages overseas usually arrive much faster than incoming,
as in coming to the US.
Just recently I waited over 2 months for a delivery.
Well, I just waited and viola, one day it came.
It’s not the sellers fault. They can’t help it at all.

Have you contacted the seller….And is the seller overseas.
I can tell you that when we ship T shirts they go Small packet air and take about 5 days into the US and about 21 days overseas. As well during the holidays US customs gets very backlogged.

1) Track package at postal website ( link listed below unless deleted by Support)
2) Review listing for Delivery and Shipping info ( very wordy directions below on how to find)
3) Contact Seller ( you have already done this, so I would skip to #4)
4) File Non delivery claim with Payment processor and notify Bonanza Support (link to Help page and copied text below)
I haven’t ordered internationally for a very long time and do not know if they have improved the tracking process, but have you tried tracking at the postal site?

You should be able to access your purchase history under a Purchases link in your “My Bonanza” Dashboard.
The 1st link is at the top left section of the web page when you are signed in. Under the welcome back Jennifer there should be a Link to your Purchase history.
Here you should be able to see the shipping method and tracking number if all were entered by the Seller, if not click on the transaction and review the listing for any shipping details you may have overlooked showing delivery information.
At this point, 2 weeks past the Seller’s estimated delivery time, and without any follow up response from the seller, I would file a non delivery claim with the payment processor that you used (PayPal, Your Credit Card, etc)

If you’ve allowed adequate time for shipping and still haven’t received your item, start by getting in touch with the seller using the Bonanza email system. If the seller does not respond after several days, report the seller to Bonanza and file a dispute with the payment processor."
