My items are shipped from the UK – I cant workout how to make it free delivery to customers who put their UK postcode? is it possible?
Any help please?
I had not had bonanaza team come back with an answer? Is this normal.

Since bonanza is US based and will default to US postal services, you will have to set up shipping free to UK using the international shipping option in the batch edit.
Go to Batch edit
Shipping
If you have anything set up already..use the Clear international shipping services
Select all items to change
Apply Changes
Click on Add international shipping service.
Select Free
Select United Kingdom
Select items
Apply changes
All shipping from your location within the United Kingdom will be free
