Sending coupon when someone follows your booth

Do I have to have a paid membership to be able to send people who follow my booth a coupon? I get notices of followers and that I can send them a coupon but each time I try to send a coupon to new follower it will not go and just sits there. The area at the bottom to send won’t work.

Cindy, have any of your customers made a purchase when you’ve done this. I’m just curious. I want to do this but at the same time I do not want to spook them. Guess I should throw caution to the wind and just do it.

I have been sending coupons with every purchase, and on specials since I started at Bonz..no one not even return customers have ever used the coupon codes I have sent in 9 years…but I will keep sending them

Right and you do have some “like” items in your booth, good descriptions, shipping prices so this really is perplexing I think

Some things just cannot be explained it seems.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry to hear of the troubles shilowsboutique. The email you received directs you to your Customer Marketing Tool where you can create a marketing campaign. This will create a coupon for your subscribed followers, buyers, or customers (you get to choose) and not just for that new follower. If you're having troubles publishing a campaign, please email us at supportbonanza.com so we can help get everything working.

If you’re looking to send a coupon to only one user, you can always create a new coupon on your Discounts & Coupons page and you’ll want to remember to NOT publish the coupon. Publishing the coupon will go live to all of Bonanza shoppers. You’ll then need to send a Bmail message the new follower with the coupon code.

Hope this helps!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
