Received notice from checkout by amazon of a sale, but item is still in my booth.

No notice from Bonanza. Anyone know how this can happen? (& what to do?)

Sometimes the two do not link up. Put the item on reserve here on Bonanza so it doesn’t sell twice (wait for a while before deleting). Ship the item since it is not the buyer’s fault the system didn’t work correctly and mark it shipped in CBA so you get paid. It happens to us every now and then, in the last month it happened twice.

I would make SURE it was paid for before shipping. IF you have the money then i would ship.It may be that the person did not pay for it yet.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
