All finances are handled through the payment processor, paypal, or amazon pay (if using it). Bonanza does not handle funds in any way
As A2 says..once payment is complete it is in your PP account. You will have to go to paypal to initiate a payment to whatever you have set up
Amazon Pay usually sends money to the account you set up with them as soon as all payments from buyers are confirmed/cleared. Mine are usually sent to my checking account about 6 hrs after sale

If you accept paypal, then you will be paid by paypal. The amount of time the money is in your account is the same for any other paypal payment.
