I’m trying to set up my booth and am running into some trouble in the shipping area. I’m shipping from within Canada but as far as Bonanza is concerned, shipping TO anywhere but the USA is “international”… even though my settings are updated to indicate I will be shipping from Canada and not within the U.S. I’m happy to ship anywhere in North America of course, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to indicate that US shipping IS international shipping for my items.
Second of all, there has to be a better way to price shipping than the rates I’m being suggested in the item listing page. $30 to ship small makeup items and accessories (which is what I sell) is ludicrous and I will never make a sale in that case. Bonanza was recommended to me as a way to unload some of the items I’m having trouble selling locally (nail polish, fashion jewelry, etc.) and I see people selling similar items at reasonable prices… surely it isn’t truly costing people $30 for shipping? How can I calculate accurate shipping prices for each item?
Would greatly appreciate any help as this has been a huge headache for me!

Book is from Canada and has been on bonz since the beginning..look around her booth and see how she has it set up…as to shipping, don’t use bonz suggestions, they are from the point of view of a US shipping prices, not Canadian

We’re in Europe in a similar situation. Calculated shipping is US only and useless to us. The best one could do for now with a (free) booth is setup flat-rate shipping, and have many profiles made for each type of product/situation, to try to accommodate.

Several pre-set up shipping options, to select as i am adding items, as needed per item, is what works for us, as well. We are in the USA, but ship from China. Most of our items have shipping free to the customer, but we included that cost in the price, to keep shipping prices from being an issue. But it is SLOW. So we also offer faster delivery choices, as upgrades, they pay the difference, we reduce the expensive shipping it does cost by asking them to pay the difference, for the faster shipping. We include a link, and refer them to an item listing for faster shipping with explained selections, for their use. This is how we offer faster shipping, as a seperate item, add-on right after purchase, sent when we confirm, the order is correct, and inform time of delivery to ecpect it from us. This add-on is just another method, that we developed, that works for us. Of course you can make one for your own.
