My digital downloads section items are invisible - can you see them?

I’ve asked Support about this and they say ‘nah, we can see them fine’ I can see them when signed into bonanza – but could you do me a favour? Sign out, then try follow this link, and tell me what you see. If the answer is no visible listings, any idea what to do?

When you first list items, they have to be indexed into Bonanza’s database. If YOU are signed into your account, then YOU can see them immediately. Everyone else has to wait until the indexing is complete. I checked your link while signed in and signed out. 4 digital items found.

That’s them – were you logged out at the time? What browser were you using? Thanks

Ad 1. Yes. Ad 2. Google Chrome.

Yes, I checked your link in another browser while not logged in – I can see your items (four of them) just fine.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
