Is overseas shipping guaranteed or covered by bonanza

I am a seller in the US I have a buyer from the Netherlands interested in some of my items. Does bonanza provide a global shipping program like ebay does. I don’t want to be left issuing a refund for an item that doesn’t arrive or being scammed by an overseas buyer claiming that they did not receive their purchase

there is no global shipping (they tried for a while, but it was not working well for the sellers)…shipping is responsibility of the seller..

International shipping use at your own discretion. I so ship internationally but only to certain areas and have had no trouble so far

At this time we do not offer Global Shipping. You may ship your items to the countries of your choice.

We recommend that your international shipping policies be clearly stated in your booth. A lot of sellers will attach this information at the end of each listing description. Here is a way to use the Batch Editor to this easily.

If your overseas shipping is not guaranteed or covered by bonanza, you should discuss that with them.
