I am a new seller and i want to change the returns information on my settings.

i have sent a message to Bonanza support three times over the past six days about how to access my settings to change my return information. i have yet to receive a response. I am ready to list an item but am hesitant because of the lack of response to my question. I also tried to “chat” but there was no button to click to begin a chat. How to I get back to the settings that I used to register to sell, and how do I communicate with support and get a response? Thanks for any help regarding this.

to get to all your booth settings, click on the link as Artist Union says…you can add/change everything from there

The chat button for live chat with a Bonanza support member is only available to those sellers that have paid memberships. Apparently us lowly free account sellers don’t merit the use of actual human support but have to rely solely on email & that can take days as an email can remain in a que until your number comes up in the system. We just have to hope we don’t have an urgent request. However, It seems that customer support actually responds better if you voice your extreme displeasure in these forums- that seems to get their attention – more effective than sending an email.

You get what you pay for.

When your are here go to the upper left corner. It says My Booth other says My Bonanza, click on one or the other and both have a listing that says Account settings. On either one or the other you should find the settings for that section there.

I don’t think there is a chat section unless maybe the paid booths get a chat. And good luck trying to communicate with chat. Chat use to answer promptly but has gotten terrible lately. Most people wait forever to hear back from chat and some never hear.

Hi Harry! Welcome to Bonanza. I find that the other sellers here are way more supportive and more like a family style group. Check out some of the fun games to do. Such as the Tweet for Tweet. Everyone tweets items for you and you tweet some of their items. Helps get you connected into other market area. Also, some folks like me do Pinterest. I find that also gets more coverage out there. Currently for $5, (if you want to pay someone to help you) you can get 3 items per day out there in “computerland” which also helps market items. I’m using CustomCreations. But like I said, there are many free ways (look again at the Games under Community) and ask to join. It easy and free! JC ‘mydisneyfund’

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
