How to refund money?

Hello,
Please can somebody reply to my questions? I found so difficult to get somebody to come back to me, surely you need to do something about costumer service.

I had a costumer that has request the cancellation of an order she made. I think I did cancel it but I wonder if the money will go to her account automatically or I need to do it on my own?

Best regard,

Xavier

I had this same question the other day when I had to cancel an order. The layout of Bonanza makes it quite difficult to figure out how to manage something like this. It took me over an hour to ‘do it properly’.

The person paid through paypal.

You will have to go into your paypal account

Go to PayPal
Find the order
Click on the refund link

and refund the money.

Bonanza does not have any access to the money you received for purhases nor can it authorize your account to refund the money.

Once refunded you are to return to bonanza and request a refund of your fees through your monthly statement

Selling Dashboard
Billing
Statements
Current Statement
find the invoice and click on red x or the link to request a refund

this may help

Just on general principles, it does seem as if a paid staff member should be responding to questions like this, rather than relying on the kindness of volunteers?

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
