How to cancel an order

How do I cancel an order? Had a bizarre & irritating experience where an order was placed I asked a question before shipping the customer rudely & defensively claims to never have placed the order well okay so I refunded her but now not seeing an option to cancel this order. I know how to request a fee refund but don’t see where to cancel this order

I recently had something similar experience.

What I did was first issue refund, then go and look at current Bonanza invoice (Seller dashboard>Billing>Current Statement), find the sale. There should be a “X” next to it. Click that, it will request a refund. Once Bonanza verifies, they will cancel the order and they will mark it cancelled.

I hope this helps

Thank you, so I need to request the fee refund 1st then after 7 days will be an option to mark as unpaid & it’ll go away. Haven’t been able to make the request yet since laptop is down & Bonanza requires a screen shot of the refund. Thanks for your response

you just need the Refund transaction number provided by PayPal or Amazon Pay…whichever was used

I just copy and paste the refund information. You can also add the email from the buyer to help justify the canceled order.
