I am totally confused. For the first time in over a dozen years, I received 3 negative feedbacks for an item that got lost in the mail, and for which I had refunded the money. (I had misplaced the tracking number, so I could not prove I had actually mailed it.)
I understand the disappointment. I can even understand her giving me a negative feedback because she thought the worse of me.
But, here’s my really serious [URL removed] how is it possible to leave 3 separate identical negative feedbacks for a single purchase on the same day – or even ever, actually?
I am quite disturbed about what this may mean in terms of someone really out to get you….or me……How many more negative feedbacks can she leave me for that one item? Can someone go back to a purchase made a year ago, and add another feedback, good or bad for the single item?
This has me terribly upset.
Yes, I have sent a message to support, but what do you all think of this?

Since they appear to be identical, it is probably a ‘hiccup’ glitch..I think it was one feedback that was posted 3 times and not 3 different feedbacks…only thing you can do is contact support..though you can also leave a comment to the negative

Carolyn, it is now corrected, so at least doesn’t look so bad.
I think your reply is fine and it shows you followed through. I don’t think this will hurt you.

I agree with others that it looks like a hiccup, and I am pretty sure Bonz should be able to fix it quickly.
Even if it takes a bit of time, though, I seriously doubt it’s going to have any impact on your sales. Unless someone’s score is remarkably low, or in some way grabs attention, I believe nowadays it’s the volume of feedback more than the score that anyone cares about. In other words, if I see a seller who has over a thousand feedbacks, their score would have to be notably low before I’d even go look at it. I’m just going to assume that no one can make everyone happy (which is, in fact, an objective truth, so 100% scores represent luck more than anything else to me).
Just my opinion, but there is no such thing as a seller, or any other business, who has “made” every customer happy. Plus, happy people don’t leave feedback half as often. So 100% means nada. A noteworthy low score in proportion to number of sales… That means something, maybe. So, you’re fine. Way more than fine. An also it’ll get fixed. Don’t sweat it.

I noticed these negatives the other day, when I was pinning Your Black Friday banner to P. board, and I felt really sorry to see that view. My reaction was exactly as [URL removed] “How many negative feedback can a person leave…!, one wouldn’t be enough…?”
I think I may have some clue, how it could happen, based on some differences on two pages of my [URL removed]
I had 2 customers – one with 1 order and the second with 2 orders.
On my ‘Bonanza Customers’ page (booth_customers) in the ‘Total Orders’ column for these particular customers there are doubled numbers – 2 and 4.
The amount in the ‘Total Spent’ column is also doubled.
But on ‘My Bills’ page the fee is correct, not doubled.
I don’t know, how it looks on the Buyers side, but since I see doubled 3 different orders, then it’s possible that in Your case B. system tripled one negative…
(let’s assume, in a good faith, that it was not the Buyer, who saw tripled order and added 3 negatives).
I’m glad to see it was quickly and positively resolved in Your fb records.
