How do i set my booth to approve order before going through?

I would like to set my booth to ask me to approve an order first. I knew how to set my booth to do that “ages” ago, but can’t remember how… Having trouble finding an article about reviewing invoices.

Seems that if I uncheck the following in sellers [URL removed] “When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice),” then I will be able to approve and review the invoice before item actually goes through as a sale.. But I have read mixed info about what this option does.

If this isn’t the option to approve and review, than is there a way to approve an order now?

Thanks for any info! Katie.

If you want to approve all orders, even domestic ones

Under shipping when making a [URL removed]

Choose this [URL removed] Details are in the item description

That means ALL sales will have to be approved.

This is a slippery slope, because many people will NOT come back to complete the sale if you use this option (buyers will have to wait for your approval, and then come back to complete the purchase and that is…too much potential to loose sales.

If you already have shipping costs for domestic (US) buyers then you should leave it as is….

However, if you just want it for international, then set up international shipping without shipping costs and have *When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)” unchecked.

>>>then I will be able to approve and review the invoice before item actually goes through as a sale<<<

NO….

This is only true if there is information missing (like complete address, shipping costs..etc)
