How do i cancel a transaction?

I can’t find where I would cancel a sale, if I had to make a refund.
Any answers are appreciated.

Go go My Bonanza, fees owed, activity since last bill, and you will be able to request a refund on a transaction. Include the refund information, and the transaction will be cancelled, and your fees credited.

To get you need to get refund of your fees do what texastreasures says, but if you need to cancel a sale and give a refund, which your question implies, then the sale will have to be cancelled with the payment processor, PayPal or whatever. Refunds are not made here and that is where you will make the refund to the buyer.

How did you buyer pay you?

If they paid with paypal, you go there to refund them

If they paid with google wallet or amazon, you go there and refund them

You then come back here to get selling fees credited and cancel transaction

Cancellation is because they had buyer’s remorse or that you didn’t have item to send to them? Perhaps they changed their mind, found it elsewhere or got it and weren’t happy with it? Be careful as sometimes a buyer will get refund AND post negative feedback as well

Good luck to you
