Essentially, you will have to wait for the buyer to comeback and complete checkout.
Best to send the buyer a message, indicating that their offer has been approved and the item(s) will be sent as soon as checkout is completed.
I usually give the buyer 7 days, and a follow-up message..if they do not respond or complete check out…mark the item as unpaid and it will return to your booth…
If you do not want prior approval,
1) make sure shipping is not set up as See item description
2) Set shipping (international from prospective of US) for items
3) Account Dashboard
Account Settings
Make sure both of these options are not checked
When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice) Copy me when invoices are sent to buyers

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
