I acquired this bottle and don’t know exactly what it’s for or how to describe it. Any information would be appreciated.

The stopper is all glass and the bottle has no smell. It is frosted glass with no markings,and is about a foot tall. Bottle is 7" X 3", Stopper is 3".

Changing my answer. At a foot tall I think it is a glass cordial/decanter bottle.Possibly Italy but with no marks hard to say. It has a 1930s/40s feel to it.
it looks like it might be a bottle you’d use in the bathroom for a bath oil etc. Does it have any smell left. You don’t say how tall it is? It looks handpainted. Does it look like milk glass. Does the stopper have a rubber tip to hold it in or is glass end that fits quite tightly?

Does it have any kind of lettering or initials, and what is the size? I believe it to be some kind of perfume,toilet water, or cologne bottle.

It looks by your pictures like it is frosted glass. At 7 inches tall I don’t think it is a Perfume, maybe Vinegar or Oil, but nor Perfume.

Looks similar to many a Avon bottles…might want to check into that

It could be a vintage or antique barbers bottle or small cordial decanter
