If I have a question for the buyer and click to contact buyer, do they receive an email from Bonanza that The seller has a question?

Hello ItsAllYours,
Thanks for reaching out and congrats on your sale! As @CindyBear mentioned, when you use the Bonanza form to contact a buyer, the buyer will receive both an internal message in their Bonanza BMail account, as well as an automated email from Bonanza including your message text sent to their email address on file.
Hope that helps! Let us know at [email protected] if you need additional assistance contacting the buyer.
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

Yes, any messages you send through “contact Buyer” will be from Bonanza, not your own email.

I think if you have a BUYER-buyer, meaning he bought from you then you must have his e-mail address. I’d assume! :-)

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
