The bell does not go with the other pieces – it is a cookie cutter
The other pieces are used to dip in batter and deep fry in oil to make a swedish cookie. My Mom use to make these when I was a kid (many moons ago) they were delicious especially with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them.
Hope this helps you

Rosette Cookie Maker! I have one of these and use it All the time with my grandchildren. they love putting the powdered sugar on them. I want to add this though……. These are not the same as Pizzeles. This maker you dip in batter and deep fry them. a Pizzelle maker you pour the batter on and and press the maker down and cook to make the pattern.

It’s called a Pizelle iron with interchangeable heads. You dip in batter with the handle & fry. Had one for years. They are delicious! Dust with powdered sugar! Yumm!

Just had to put my 2 cents in… It’s not a Pizzelle iron—those are large — like a waffle iron. It is a Rosette Cookie Maker (except for the bell cookie cutter.) Yum. My mother-in-law used to make Pizzelles and my husband’s aunt used to make Rosette Cookies. All good.

I have one of these … bought it for making the most wonderfully different cookies (fried) … the handle with chosen design attached is dipped into the batter, then into your very hot oil … they pop off of the oil and are scooped out … put on a paper towel and when they’re all done, powdered sugar is shaken over them.
You can eat a bazillion!
