I need some info on this lamp if possible, it has no markings of any kind on it, and is 20 inches tall.

I’ve seen similar lamps over the years, often these were made in Japan.
They are usually listed as Colonial couple or Victorian couple lamps.
This one is like yours, completed listing on another site, but it has a replaced shade. Having the original porcelain shade is a big plus, IMO.
