Does anyone know if batch updates can be canceled because seller made an error?

If you mean that you have made batch edits, then yes, you can very well go back into Batch edit items and change them, the same way you did when you made the changes. Once you have done that be sure to Update your booth, to make the changes appear. As the seller and booth owner, we can do pretty much anything we want to do.
