Batch edit still not working since december 28, 2015

Batch edit still not working as I have sent in support tickets since 12-28-15. I try to do a batch edit once a week with no success since 12-28-15. Can someone please help me solve the problem and reply.

Posting this solution as it may help others. The Batch Editor is working just fine. The user had their main booth settings set to not accept offers. So when they tried to allow offers via the batch editor, our system would not set them due to the main account preferences.

Bonanza can make that more clear and display a pop out message letting the user know that their main booth settings are preventing that action from converting on that page. We will make sure to submit that improvement to our development team. Thank you for finding this opportunity to improve the feature @MarPatDistributors.

It also may help to know exactly what you are trying to batch edit…

IF it is shipping, all the original shipping whether domestic or international has to be cleared first before new shipping is added…

There are other things to….text editing is easy to add extra text, but removing, it does not always work..as the text has to be in the exact same format that it appears in the listing…this includes and hidden formatting

So without knowing what you are trying to batch edit….it is hard to know how to help

Also with only 188 items, they all could have manually been changed since Dec 28…..meaning no offense..just saying
