I am highly allergic to nickel and I do suffer from Psoriasis. I am trying to locate someone that carries nickel-free jewelry and watches for females. I am also looking for rings that are nickel-free along with earrings. I would like a watch that is pretty and I have been searching for many years. Anyone that can help me locate these types of items…it would deeply be appreciated!

I have nickel free jewelry. If you would like to see what I have, contact me for pictures and descriptions. I have nickel free earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, pretty much everything except watches, and I’m looking around for them.

n the general scenario, sterling silver has no nickel content. Its constitution is made up of two materials namely silver (which has a content of 92.5 percent) and copper (which has the remaining 7.5 percent). Ok to purchase sterling silver. Make sure it isn’t silverplate. Do a search on here and you should find what you are looking for.
Another one that may have nickel is Silvertone. It is simply metal or plastic made or colored to look like real silver. It may be metal and it may be a silver color but it is not sterling silver.

I searched for years for a watch like that. Finally, hubby bought me a Fossil brand watch, all stainless steel front and back and the watch case. I have worn it for 10 years, after going through about 8 other watches that drove me nuts.
Simply Whispers used to have watches in their catalogue-not sure if they still do.
I would swear by my Fossil watch. It was about 85.00 10 years ago.
Timex also used to have stainless steel backed watches and canvas or leather bands. Vermont Country Store still sells Timex.
Good luck ♥

Hi Deb,
I have a few watches for sale in my booth that would fit your bill. All are made from 316L stainless steel—2 are layered in 18 k gold [over 316L SS]…They are men’s watches tho—the newest fashion thing is—for women to wear oversized watches…and, I haven’t had it listed but I have a 40 mm Invicta Dive watch all in 316L Stainless with a miyoto [citizen] automatic engine—a mechanical watch—a REAL watch! I would avoid the el cheapo brands…I’ve found Invicta watches to be well-made and well-priced! I’ll sell you that smaller auto for $69.99 in box—it retailed for @ $425 or so….on the other end of the scale, I have a watch/bracelet/multi strap combo with a Subaqua Nome III Ocean Quest watch with a metal bracelet [SS/maritime aluminum] and 3 straps [ poly/ silicone/ and leather] THAT retailed for 2400 bucks—I can do that one for $460 plus shipping [@ 12 bucks]. Now that is one badd mammer grammer! It’s handmadem Swiss and a numbered limited edition quartz movement watch—nice chrono [stop watch] with day/date and carbon fiber dial in vemon yellow! A beauty!
