Help needed on vintage necklace

This is an Old necklace that I would like to list here and would appreciate some information on it. Is this 1 1/2 inch Dragon bead considered to be Cloisonne or Champleve? The surface is ultra smooth and the dragon wraps itself completely around the bead. It is on a 14k gold 20 inch chain and it doesn’t appear the chain can be removed without taking off one of the jump rings on the end. I am wondering also if the bead itself is gold. It weighs about 14 grams and the chain is about 7 grams. Any info would be so much appreciated! TIA.

Most likely the bead (base) is copper or brass, as well as the “lines” on the art itself. You may can see the inside metal with a magnifying glass and bright light. If there is room inside the bead, try a gold test. You can get those kits online (gold test kits run from $5 to $40) Hope it helps and good luck in selling!

Cloisonné for sure. I once watched how they do this (in China).
It’s a lot of work-steps and this one is sweet.
They do not use gold for it but brass.

Just stop in at a Pawn Shop or Jewelry store and they
should check it for GOLD for free.
Cheaper and easier than buying a test kit.
