My mother has 2 vases which she got from her mother. We thought they were delft, but there is not ID on them. Can they be delft?

My understanding is that in order for it to be true Delft it MUST have that marked on it. It can be Delft like or in the style of Delft but not Delft unless marked.

It can always be promoted as Delft-Style.

I think it will make sense how you submit them because one is when you just sell a product and another when you choose the right text to describe it. I think [URL removed] will help you deal with this because here you can get a text on your topic quickly and conveniently. Maybe if you sign your product correctly it will sell faster.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
