I don’t read German, I could go to my translate site but the type of letters they are written I cannot make out. Can anyone read these titles or tell me the letters please?
Thanks so much!!

For the book on the [URL removed] [URL removed] Ich bin der weg, die warheit, und das leben. It is a quotation of Jesus Christ (John 14:6). “Forget me [URL removed] I am the way, the truth and the light.”
The one on the left is a bit trickier. [URL removed] Gedichte von August Berens. Gedichte is German for poetry, so I’m assuming it is the poetry of August Berens. I just can’t find the translation for Fruhlingsboten!
Best wishes,
Shanon

Hi there!
I’m German, so I can help out here :)
The one word that Shanon didn’t know is “Frühlingsboten” – it means “harbingers of spring.”
Hope that helps!
Cheers from
Mareike
