We have been a small family owned and operated business since 1996, with an online retail store since 1999 (before all the big e-commerce costume shop sites).
We ship most orders in 24 to 48 hours or faster, depending on the time of year, the number of helpers (that are not goofing off somewhere), and whether or not we have a good supply of chocolate donuts and coffee.
All the items we sell are brand new, and have never been worn or even tried on, (which is why we normally do not accept returns, so that you "know" you are not going to get someone else's rejected item).
