I had not asked for a refund. I had asked for an explanation why the item I ordered would not be shipped for 10 days, when it was advertised as shipping in one day. His reply was I had to go through background checks despite having received my full payment through PayPal. HIs immediate and only reply was to simply cancel my order. This seller is not to be trusted.
