Seller response: New Bonanza buyer was rude; we refunded him in full.
Buyer response: Asking why my shipment was being delayed 10 days, after he had received payment in full; is not rude. Lying about his delivery times, and unreasonably delaying shipment is both rude and unprofessional. This seller has since raised his prices by over 30%. This seller is a scammer and should be avoided.
